Make It Your Michelina’s Recipes

Are you looking to take your Michelina’s meal to the next level? Last September, we asked our fans to customize Michelina’s dishes by adding their own flavors and ingredients. Below are some of our favorites. Enjoy!

1) Lily’s Whole Wheat Dough With Sante Fe Rice & Beans

Ingredients:

Cook Time:

  • 25-30 minutes

Preparation:

  • Divide your whole wheat dough in medium size balls and roll it flat with rolling pin.
  • Put 1 tbsp of Michelina’s Lean Gourmet Santa Fe Style Rice & Beans in the middle and start pinching dough around the filling until it’s round with a hole in the middle.
  • Lay it out on the cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min
  • Enjoy!
