- Michelina’s Sweet & Sour Chicken
- Bell peppers
- 15-20 minutes
- Cut the stalk off of the pepper and remove the white pith from inside
- Open the corner of the Michelina’s Sweet & Sour Chicken box and place in the microwave
- Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes
- Stir entrée and microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes
- Scoop Michelina’s Sweet & Sour Chicken into the bell pepper
- Bake the Sweet & Sour Chicken stuffed pepper at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
